Scope of Services

NPEP provides accessible adult education and practical skills development. The current landing page promotes live online workshops covering:

  • Financial education.
  • Money management.
  • Budgeting and saving.
  • Exploring income opportunities.
  • Freelancing.
  • Entrepreneurship.
  • Small business skills.
  • Digital and AI-supported earning skills.

The website currently provides a way to register interest in future workshops. It does not itself process bookings, payments or confirmed reservations.

Expression of Interest

Submitting an expression of interest does not constitute a confirmed workshop booking, reserve a place, create an obligation to purchase or guarantee that a particular workshop will be delivered.

Relevant workshop information may be communicated to you through permitted email and SMS channels, in accordance with your communication preferences and applicable law.

Workshop Arrangements

Individual workshop subjects, dates, times, duration, delivery arrangements and availability will be communicated when confirmed. We do not publish invented schedules or availability. Any confirmed arrangements will be explained when a session is announced.

Workshop Pricing and Payments

The current landing page does not itself process workshop payments. We do not state that workshops are free unless and until this is confirmed.

Where a workshop is offered on a paid basis, prices and applicable contractual terms will be provided clearly before any paid booking is completed. Separate terms may apply to any confirmed paid workshop transaction.

Consumer Rights

Any future workshop contracts will comply with applicable UK consumer legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where relevant, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are preserved.

We do not create blanket no-refund terms. Registration of interest is distinct from any subsequent paid workshop transaction, and different cancellation and refund rights may apply to each.

Educational Disclaimer

Workshop content is intended for general education and skills development. It does not constitute personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice. NPEP is not authorised to provide regulated financial advice, and nothing on this website should be interpreted as such.

Income-Generation Disclaimer

NPEP workshops are educational. Participation does not guarantee employment, business success, additional income, financial improvement or any particular financial outcome.

Individual results vary and depend on many factors, including personal circumstances, effort, market conditions and other matters outside NPEP's control.

Participation and Conduct

Where you take part in a live online workshop, you are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants and NPEP personnel. This includes maintaining reasonable confidentiality of any shared discussions and using educational materials appropriately.

  • Respecting the confidentiality of other participants where personal experiences are shared.
  • Communicating courteously during interactive sessions.
  • Using NPEP's educational materials for your own personal learning only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Online Technology

Live online workshops may require a compatible device, appropriate software and a reasonable internet connection. We do not promise uninterrupted service and do not exclude any statutory rights. Where technical difficulties arise, we will seek to offer reasonable alternatives where practicable.

Intellectual Property

NPEP's educational materials, branding and content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use materials provided to you for your own personal learning. You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit them without our prior written permission. We likewise respect the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Liability and Complaints

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UK law. Subject to that, our liability is proportionate to the nature of the service provided.

If you have a complaint, please contact us using the details below. We will acknowledge and consider your complaint and seek to resolve it fairly.

Where mandatory consumer rights apply under the law of another part of the United Kingdom, those rights are preserved and are not affected by this clause.
